1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Clearance or final sale items.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, we offer free return shipping.

A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount for returned items.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
- Exchanges are only accepted for unused and new items.
- Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
